Komplete Project Management was formed in 2004. Our company’s head office is in Manchester, with a satellite office in Liverpool city centre to service our Merseyside operation. We carry out projects nationwide, which range from small reception refurbishments to large office and industrial refurbishment and fit out projects, as you can see in the portfolio section.

The service we offer starts with meeting the client and discussing their requirements, budgets and which options are available to them. We will survey the space concerned, produce designs to maximise the space, ergonomics, light, storage etc to see what best suits the client followed by a specification and quotation.  If this is accepted then we would arrange a programme to carry out the works with minimal fuss and disruption enabling the client to concentrate on running their business.

The benefits of using Komplete are that we look after the whole package, we carry out the whole process from start to finish including demolitions, partitioning & ceiling works, floor coverings, decoration, mechanical and electrical works, plumbing, signage and mezzanine flooring. As part of our service we will apply for building regulation approvals from the relevant authorities and liaise with them through to obtaining final approval. This means one point of contact for the client allowing them relax and focus on running their own business, with piece of mind that everything will be taken care of by Komplete Project Management.
