KPM have recently completed the tenant fit out of an advertising company in Liverpool.  In this particular project the tenant produced their own design and specification which KPM worked to.  This project incorporated forest fx woodroll vinyl as a feature flooring, greenwich white kitchen units, partitioning with glazing, mechanical and electricalworks.

We are coming to the end of a large entrance refurbishment at The Corn Exchange in Liverpool City Centre, which presented many challenges due to the nature of the work being carried out and the building remaining open to the public.  The original 1950’s glazed entrance screen to the ground & 1^st floor level were stripped out and replaced with a new curtain walling system and automatic doors, which are sympathetic to the age of the property. Works were also carried out to the interior reception area which included high specification floor tiling to the ground floor area, tiling to the internal marble columns, new plasterboard ceiling, decoration and feature lighting.
